Fitness First was the health club that started the whole fitness craze in Kuala Lumpur. Among the facilities you can enjoy in Fitness First Gyms are a decent selection of weight-training equipment, exercise studios with a large variety of classes, members' lounge, sauna and even a library. Celebrity Fitness

Celebrity Fitness prides itself on the concept of using local celebrities, mostly fashion models, to promote the image of the club. With four clubs, three in KL and one in Penang, Celebrity Fitness offers a wide variety of aerobic classes and studios. With hard-pumping music, various slimming equipment and cardio machines, Celebrity Fitness helps people get in shape through cardiovascular exercise.

True Fitness

True Fitness has perhaps the biggest fitness outlet in Malaysia through its building in Desa Sri Hartamas, a sprawling 4-level complex with over 40,000 sq feet of space on each floor. The large floor areas enables it to be fitted with over 150 Cardio machines, a large variety of strength-training equipment, multiple aerobic classes, private workout areas for men and women as well as a café, nursery and retail store. It has another outlet in USJ, Subang which is also extensive in size.
