    Offering a satisfying array of unique, fusion-style options, diners flock to this establishment for its signature entree, the Nasi Lemak Pai Tee, made with boiled egg, anchovies, sambal, peanuts, cucumber slices and fragrant coconut milk infused rice, all stuffed inside a crunchy Nyonya pai tee cup. For mains, try the deep-fried breaded chicken lasagne sandwich, which consists of layers of chicken, ham, cheese, mayonnaise and egg, served with a side of fresh lettuce and tomatoes.

Flat White also serves a variety of reasonably priced pasta, sandwiches and light snacks to cater to college students and professionals in Subang Jaya. Cold beverages with milkshake-based and ice-blended-based coffee as well as single origins such as Ethiopian, Papua New Guinea, El Salvador or Guatemalan beans are also expertly prepared by the cafe’s baristas.

    Interior-wise, Flat White Cafe utilises brick and cement elements with dim yellow light bulbs, resulting in a effortless yet cosy environment for its diners. Another distinctive aspect of Flat White is the coffee periodic table drawn with chalk on the wall where 'coffee elements' are categorized into beverages, flavours, and coffee bean origins.
